Directory of Burials 

This directory was created after extensive research of historical documents and was used to recreate the destroyed monuments. There are approximately 35 unmarked graves that have not been identified. Clicking this link will open a PDF file in a new browser window.

In 1978, a student named Paul McLeod made notes for a school project on headstones in the cemetery that pre-dated 1835.  In 2022 he provided scans of those notes to the HHDHA to archive.  To view these notes with comments and sketches of the markers, click this link.
