The Henry Hendricks Family Organization is dedicated to researching, preserving, and sharing the rich heritage of the descendents and ancestors of Henry Hendricks(on), born 1730, an early Dutch settler of Monmouth County, New Jersey.
The Henry Hendricks Family Organization, or HHFO, has its origins in the reunion committees and family history research organized in the early part of the twentieth century by the grandchildren of James and Drusilla Dorris Hendricks, pioneer Americans and early converts to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Over the years these informal efforts evolved into a formal organization with a constitution and bylaws and has been registered with the IRS as a charitable, nonprofit organization. The mission of the HHFO is to research and document the lives and family history of Hendrick (Henry) Hendricks, b 1730, Monmouth, New Jersey, his wife Sarah Thomson, their ancestors, and their descendants.
The HHFO holds a reunion every five years. The reunion that was scheduled to be held in Monmouth County, New Jersey, in the summer of 2020 was cancelled due to the COVID-19 crisis.
